We believe trust building isn’t a one-time event, but it is a dynamic skill that transforms a group of individuals into a unified team. Our methodology is built on a progressive four-part journey: moving from the Foundations of Trust and the Trust Triangle into the essential skills of Difficult Conversations, and culminating in Solidifying, Repairing, & Thriving. To build on these lessons, we provide teams with monthly exercises designed to keep the momentum alive. This approach moves leaders away from isolation and into a high-performing, human-first team where trust and accountability drive collective results.

The Trust Trek

Intro to Trust Building: This workshop establishes trust as the foundation of high-performing teams by using vulnerability and play to break down barriers and foster open, honest communication

The Trust Triangle: This session explores the core drivers of trust (authenticity, reasoning, and empathy) to help leaders diagnose breakdowns and rebuild stronger connections.

Difficult Conversations: This third workshop provides a framework for navigating high-stakes feedback and conflict by examining the underlying dynamics of facts, feelings, and identity.

Solidifying & Thriving: This fourth session focuses on the long-term sustainability of the team, teaching leaders how to move through “the art of the repair” to diagnose trust gaps and ensuring high-performing results don’t fade over time.

How it works

1. Discovery Conversation: We meet with you to understand your team, your goals, and your current trust level.

2. Team Trust Assessment: Your team completes a short survey measuring trust across empathy, authenticity, and reasoning.

3. Customized Agenda: We tailor the session to meet your team where they are: full day, half day, in person or remote.

4. Facilitated Experience: Your team engages in guided conversation, storytelling, reflection, and meaningful play.

5. Leadership Debrief: You receive insights, themes, and recommendations so the work continues beyond the room.

Becky Feinberg-Galvez is a dynamic leader with a passion for building connections and propelling impactful results.  Her mission is clear: to inspire and elevate leaders through trust-building and meaningful relationships.

A proud soccer mom to two boys and avid traveler, Becky spent over a decade in education, teaching languages in both Chile and Chicago. Afterwards she transitioned to the business world, scaling Candor Threads into a multimillion dollar company as CEO through balancing heart with data-driven strategy. 

Becky’s leadership extends beyond her company. She has held multiple roles within the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), a global network of business owners. After five years on the board, she spent a year as EO Chicago’s president, further honing her expertise in guiding high-achieving entrepreneurs by focusing on trust.
